REGULAR SHIPPING SCHEDULE
We ship Monday through Friday, but our frozen goods can’t be in transit over the weekend, so the shipping destination, shipping method, and day and time of checkout will impact when we ship your order and when it will get delivered.
All orders placed before 2:00 p.m. (EST) on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday ship the same day.
Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. (EST) on Wednesday may not ship until the following Monday, depending on the shipping destination and shipping method chosen. (We’ll e-mail you to notify you of the exact date your package will arrive based on the shipping methods available.)
If you place your order before 2:00 p.m. (EST) on Thursday, and the shipping destination is within range of a 1 day standard shipping method—or your choose Priority Overnight—your order will ship for Friday delivery.
All orders placed after 2:00 p.m. (EST) on Friday will ship the following Monday.
(We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday.)
HOW IT WORKS
We currently only ship to Georgia via USPS or UPS.
We pack frozen goods in an insulated shipping box with enough dry ice to keep the contents perfectly frozen well into the evening of the delivery date. It gets colder inside that box than it does in your freezer: -109.3°F.
You’ll receive an email notification with tracking number when your order ships.
No frozen goods will be in transit more than 48 hours.
NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED
We authorize USPS and UPS to leave all packages at the shipping destination without a signature. This way, the recipient doesn’t have to be home to accept it, and frozen goods don’t melt during multiple delivery attempts, etc.
